Appointments
In order to reduce waiting times to a minimum we kindly ask our patients to always make appointments for a doctor's consultation.
Please turn up to your appointments as scheduled or give a timely notice in case you have to cancel.
Emergencies
We will always see patients the same day for urgent problems. Please contact us as early as possible with urgent requests.
Home visits
We are happy to perform home visits when medically justified.
Please be aware that the means of investigation at the surgery are significantly better than at home.
Prescriptions
All existing patients who require repeat prescriptions can order these via telephone or directly at the surgery.
Please understand that a doctor's consultation is required for all new prescriptions or patients who are new to the surgery.
